Job Title: Lead Enterprise WordPress Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced engineer who will lead the design, development and delivery of high-quality solutions in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in WordPress architecture is essential, with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other headless CMS platforms being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end development projects to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Design and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers, driving best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation for technical implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS (e.g., Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.
