Job Title: SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling Specialist



Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and optimize the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in SAP to support seamless financial operations.
  • Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes effectively.
  • Configure and implement Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Internal Orders with precision.
  • Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules seamlessly.
  • Configure bank accounting, cash management, and treasury functions efficiently.
  • Support profitability analysis (CO-PA) and product costing (CO-PC) with expertise.
  • Perform financial planning, budgeting, and cost control using SAP CO accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP, SOX, etc.).
  • Manage taxation, withholding tax, and country-specific fiscal settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues, including end-user support.
  • Work on data migration, system upgrades, and SAP S/4HANA transformation smoothly.
  • Develop and execute functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Conduct user training and documentation for finance teams effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FSCM, CO-PA, and CO-PC.
  • Strong understanding of cost and profitability tracking, as well as integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
