Regional Compliance Manager

The Lead Regional Compliance Specialist oversees a team of specialists, ensuring sites meet internal and external regulatory requirements. This involves developing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and implementing control measures to manage risk.
This strategic and operational role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. The specialist will also be responsible for reporting on compliance findings, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating across teams to improve policies and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive compliance experience
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- ISO 27001 certification
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
