AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expert

At our organization, we empower leaders across Life Sciences to make better data-driven decisions by delivering cutting-edge analytics. Our team is comprised of experts in AI/ML who specialize in pharma commercial analytics.

This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, working closely with onsite stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India.

We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML who can drive transformative projects and contribute to the success of our global pharmaceutical analytics initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Specializations:
  • Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting.
  • Marketing analytics (preferred).
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
  • Data Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
  • Qualitative Attributes:
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership.
