Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Captain to join our team at Meravilla Pool City. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Welcome - Always greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly, setting the tone for a memorable experience.
- Guest Service - Assist guests with table reservations, seating, and ensure that they are serviced within specified timeframes.
- Communication - Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, answer phone calls with proper etiquette, and communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.
- Food and Beverage Service - Serve food courses and beverages to guests, set tables according to event type and service standards, and record transactions in Point of Sales systems.
Requirements:
- Service Techniques - Apply service techniques correctly at all times, serving food and beverages with enthusiasm.
- Knowledge - Have a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
- Communication - Communicate effectively with guests and staff, and be able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections.
