Interior Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes that meet design, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare bills of quantities, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time, quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related tools.
  • 4-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must have a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
