Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of our ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow development, particularly in Security Operations (SecOps).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure workflows based on business requirements
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
  • Integrate third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow
  • Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer scripts
  • Support large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • At least 2-3 implementations in Security Operations (SecOps)
  • Hands-on expertise with SIR and VR module configuration and customization
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users)
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine)
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
