Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of data load processes using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Python/PySpark.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, developing and maintaining ETL processes, working with senior developers to design and develop full-stack database, data warehouse, and datamart solutions, collaborating with SQL Server SMEs to ensure seamless integration of databases, and being proficient in standard file formats and markup language technologies such as JSON, XML, and XSLT.

  • Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using Python/PySpark
  • Work with senior developers to design and develop full-stack database, data warehouse, and datamart solutions
  • Collaborate with SQL Server SMEs to ensure seamless integration of databases
  • Proficient in standard file formats and markup language technologies such as JSON, XML, and XSLT
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and good problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Familiarity with oData Services, Terraform, Unity Catalog, and other database technologies such as MongoDB, Cosmos, MySQL, or Oracle is highly desirable.
