Job Title: Data Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our data management strategy, focusing on HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo integration. This includes lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and empowering our sales team with accurate data at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management & Enrichment: Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo, ensuring up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
  • HubSpot CRM Administration: Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation, guaranteeing seamless sales automation support for the team.
  • Integration & Optimization: Oversee the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot, ensuring smooth data syncing across both platforms.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide high-quality, ready-to-engage leads to the sales team and train them on effective tool usage.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).
  • Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).
  • Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, collaborate closely with sales teams, and possess strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
