As a senior-level professional in artificial intelligence, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI systems that transform complex data into actionable insights.
The job requires expertise in building production-ready AI/ML or search systems with a strong background in Python 3.11+ and SQL.
- Developing multimodal RAG models to process PDFs, CAD/vector drawings, MSDS/chemicals, and bilingual regulations;
- Implementing hybrid retrieval methods (BM25 + dense + metadata + knowledge graph) to achieve ≥90% top-k answerability and traceable citations;
- Crafting domain embeddings for bilingual technical terminology and routing/prompting for audit-ready outputs;
- Integrating heterogeneous sources (ERP/MES exports, legacy DBs, SharePoint, IoT streams), shipping 10k+ document-type ingestion with schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning for regulatory compliance;
- Orchestrating ensemble decisioning (rules + priors + ML) with SLA < 10s, cost-optimized LLM flows (tool-use, caching, distillation);
- Operating on AWS EKS, Postgres, Pinecone, Temporal/Argo, Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD with test & eval gates;
- Building explanation layers (attribution, chain-of-evidence; SHAP/LIME where applicable) and human-in-the-loop feedback.
Additional responsibilities may include table/figure/annotation extraction, symbol detection, and vision/document AI tasks.
