About the Role:

Mercer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and compensation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding of compensation and benefits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives

Requirements:

  • MBA or post-graduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
