Infrastructure Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex infrastructure development projects in challenging terrain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, project management, and team leadership.

  • About the Role:
  • Oversight of all aspects of civil engineering projects, from initial planning to successful execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and productivity are met.
  • Project progress management, ensuring all activities align with the established schedule and addressing delays or deviations.
  • Detailed project documentation preparation, review, and maintenance, including BOQs, specifications, and other related documents.
  • Regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction work is executed according to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
  • Support to Project Manager in coordination between the project team, contractors, and site staff to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues as they arise.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in site execution works.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong background in construction planning, monitoring, and billing.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects and large-scale civil works.
  • Ability to prepare & understand Progress reports, Drawings, detailed BOQs, technical specifications, and other essential documents.
