Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Software Installation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring seamless software implementation.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping customers get the most out of our software, managing IT-facing components, providing expert technical support, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software installation and provide troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Oversee licensing solutions and address antivirus-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product features with business goals and customer needs.
  • Participate in project planning and delivery to ensure timely feature updates.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in technical support, product management, or IT-related roles.
  • Prior exposure to customer-facing support roles, particularly in a technical capacity.
  • Experience with software installation, licensing management tools, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and understanding of software installation and configuration processes.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, it would be beneficial if you have experience working with CAE software, understanding cloud technologies, and experience with Agile development methods.
