US Healthcare Product Strategist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced product strategist to spearhead the development and launch of our healthcare products in the US market. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as excellent strategic planning and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles for our healthcare product offerings.
  • Drive execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement the product segment strategy.
  • Liaise directly with technology development resources, assuming primary leadership for effective communication, company readiness, release, roll out, and positioning of our offerings.
  • Participate in sprint planning discussions to define the sprint goal and refine the product backlogs.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents describing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Review works by the development team, ensuring they are in sync per the product vision.
  • Serve as the interface with customers, internal development groups, and all stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain CRM/Jira for internal tracking.
  • Keep a close watch on the progress of development items, ensuring their execution and delivery within expected timelines.
  • Work on Hubspot Ticketing system to resolve existing Client's issue and any new requirements.
  • Address emails from other departments and clients, generate monthly usage reports, and publish for accounting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in the US healthcare domain.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of envisioning the future direction of the product.
  • Prior product management experience is an added advantage; however, it is not mandatory.
  • Candidates without prior product management experience will be considered for the junior position, while experienced candidates are eligible for the product manager position.
  • Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms is a must.
  • Able to understand and communicate the vision of the solution and drive details.
  • Conversant in English.
