Maintenance Technician

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues.
  • Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee efficiency and performance.
  • Planning and scheduling repairs to meet operational needs.
  • Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to maintain high standards.

Additionally, this role involves performing general maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting, and carpentry, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of departmental budget plans. Effective inventory record-keeping for equipment and supplies is also crucial.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate must have a diploma or equivalent qualification. Fluency in Malayalam is desirable but not essential.
