Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled software professional to play a critical role in advancing health optimization on a global scale. This key position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of non-clinical applications, including design, build, test, and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performing scalable platform architecture for Salesforce.
  • Develop and refine customer journeys, automation processes, and segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Design and execute personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns using AMPscript, SQL, and dynamic content strategies.
  • Participate in system testing and validation by assisting in the development and maintenance of testing protocols.
  • Coordinate tasks departmentally/interdepartmentally to support non-clinical applications.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment to help maintain a stable and functional software application.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in solutioning, architecture/designs, and hands-on experience developing high-performing scalable platform architecture for Salesforce.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
  • Solid proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and scripting for dynamic content.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle and customer journey design.
