Job Title: Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product development process, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our innovative platform.

The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the product team to create intuitive and visually appealing designs for our app.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the entire ecosystem.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Work closely with founders and head of styling to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation and style guides.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Product Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie (optional).
  • Good knowledge of visual design.
  • Ability to translate thoughts to beautiful designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.
