Job Title: High-Rise Building Design Specialist
We are seeking an experienced High-Rise Building Design Specialist to join our team at Ashwin Sheth Group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and peer-reviewing high-rise building structures.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-rise buildings up to 200 meters in height while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. They will also peer review structural designs provided by consulting structural engineers and recommend improvements or corrections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-rise buildings up to 200 meters in height while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.
- Precision engineering, utilizing specialized tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and Revit.
- Peer review structural designs provided by consulting structural engineers and recommend improvements or corrections.
- Identify and resolve on-site structural challenges efficiently, collaborating closely with site teams.
- Engage with project stakeholders to ensure structural designs align with the overall project vision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing high-rise buildings up to 200 meters.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving on-site structural challenges.
- Strong ability to peer review designs from consultants and suggest improvements.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site execution processes.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Practical knowledge of cost and time optimization in structural designs.
