About the Role:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Oversee and optimize our social media presence, creating engaging content and managing interactions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize engaging digital content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Monitor and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B or B2C settings.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, content management systems, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing certifications.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position that may be office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on company policies.
