Job Title: Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end automation pipelines, integrating DevOps practices, and ensuring deployment, monitoring, and operational stability across Orchestrator and AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage UiPath bots, assets, and versions across Dev/UAT/Prod environments.
  • Configure and maintain UiPath Orchestrator (tenants, robot provisioning, queues).
  • Integrate UiPath with ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint, and other systems.
  • Build monitoring, alerting, and robust error-handling for automation workflows.
  • Use JIRA for tracking and Confluence for documentation/knowledge sharing.
  • Manage scalable UiPath environments on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage access/credentials securely, and follow compliance controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years in RPA (minimum 2 years with UiPath).
  • Strong UiPath Studio & Orchestrator expertise.
  • Solid Python scripting skills; familiarity with .NET/VBA.
  • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • UiPath certifications preferred (e.g., AARD, Solution Architect).
