**Job Title:** Business Insights Manager

Role Overview:

As a key player in driving enterprise-wide transformation, you will lead cross-functional programs aimed at enhancing cost efficiency, process effectiveness, and quality improvement across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align strategic initiatives with business objectives, fostering measurable outcomes in productivity, utilization, service level adherence, and customer experience metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, championing use cases for machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automation across various functions.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical processes.
  • Develop, track, and report on key transformation KPIs, including average handling time, turnaround time, idle time, utilization, attrition, and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with business leaders, operations heads, and IT stakeholders to successfully execute transformation initiatives that deliver tangible returns on investment.
  • Lead the organizational shift towards greater digital maturity, focusing on areas like citizen development, AI literacy, and digital transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • At least 12 years of experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
