  • Lead a team of software engineers to develop cutting-edge solutions
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, program, and SRE teams
  • Collaborate with product management to prioritize roadmap goals and deliver complete projects
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members, providing performance feedback and guidance
  • Effectively communicate technical and project status to management

To succeed in this role, you will have 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 1-3 years of leadership experience managing a full-function team. You will also have expertise in Ruby on Rails, Web technologies, and distributed system design. Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
