About the Role
CitrixL2-(Citrix Desktop Virtualization) is a pivotal position at HappieHire that demands extensive experience in Citrix Desktop Virtualization & VMWare/Azure. This individual will be responsible for implementing and configuring Xen Desktop, XenApp, and Xen Server.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with L2 & SMEs to work on desktop & server virtualization.
- Provide permanent fixes for major incidents and document RCAs.
- Prepare POA and implement major changes in infrastructure.
- Escalate incident/issues from the L2 team and provide permanent fixes.
- Create LUN, shared storage, and map it to the Hypervisor.
- Work alongside OEM during major incidents, sharing relevant logs and implementing solutions provided by OEM.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 4 years in Citrix Desktop Virtualization & VMWare/Azure (Microsoft).
- Proficient in desktop & server virtualization, including Xen Desktop, XenApp, and Xen Server implementation and configuration.
- Familiarity with storage and connectivity fundamentals.
- ITIL awareness, specifically around Incident/Problem/Change Management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor L2 team members.
