The Technical Project Manager leads complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product and software engineering projects
  • Connect with customers, understand needs, and translate into requirements
  • Establish strong engineering teams grounded in respect, empathy, and exceptional practices
  • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions across business functions
  • Pursue diverse solutions, question status quo, and respect opinions
  • Partner with engineers to deliver best-in-class products and solutions
  • Delight customers through high-quality solutions delivered through strong software engineering principles
  • Broad experience covering diverse customer verticals and/or different businesses
  • Ability to stitch complete workflows enabling customers to accelerate their business
  • Strong programming background in Node JS, Java, Python, React.js, or Angular
  • Experience in cloud architecture and technology
  • In-depth experience with application/front-end stack, middle-layer, backend stack, and data ingestion to dashboards

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment
  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience working with technical teams, system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies
  • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to make decisions based on data and insights and drive issues to resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Hands-on experience in building or working with generative AI products
