Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of complex technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, to drive alignment and ensure successful project execution.
  5. Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.
  6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to optimize project delivery.
  8. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and increase efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards, and drive adherence to best practices for project management.
  10. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the project team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
  3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering high-quality solutions.
  7. Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project) for task tracking, issue management, and reporting.
  8. Knowledge of technical domains such as software development, cloud computing, data analytics, or cybersecurity is a plus.
  9. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  10. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a passion for technology and innovation.
