Job Opportunity: Residential Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Designer to join our team and be responsible for designing mid to high segment residential projects. This role is directly linked with revenue collection and client experience, ensuring projected revenue targets are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-design services like demonstration of finishes and design options.
  • Develop quotations for customers using our software.
  • Work on multiple projects ensuring customer's expectations in terms of budget and design aesthetics are met.
  • Ensure smooth customer experience by adhering to company policies.
  • Prepare and share 3D designs and renders with clients, working along with 3D modelers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in residential designing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the modular industry.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Vray/Enscape.
  • Clear understanding of capturing client's expectations from the space.
  • Excellent client handling skills.
  • Fair knowledge of materials and finishes.
  • Fair knowledge of ergonomics and design principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

Probation duration: 3 months. Working days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off). Work timing: 10:30AM - 7:30PM.
