Requirements:
  1. 8-12 years of experience in backend development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
  2. Deep knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB).
  3. Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. A proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  6. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
