Job Title: Finance Project Manager

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and document meetings to track progress, decisions, action items.
  • Monitor project plans, issues, risks by consolidating updates for status reports.
  • Foster timely communication with stakeholders to resolve blockers.
  • Elevate risks and dependencies to leadership for involvement.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Cultivate collaboration across teams – business, IT, vendor teams, multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of project coordination or management experience.
  • A strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: finance, supply chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools: Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, escalation management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
