Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.

Responsibilities include configuring benefits plan types, eligibility profiles, costing structures, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and integrations with payroll and other HCM modules.

Integration interfaces using HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), SOAP/REST services, and middleware tools must be developed by the selected professional.

A critical component of this role is conducting functional workshops, documenting business requirements, developing test scenarios, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, applying patches/updates, and recommending continuous improvement opportunities are also key aspects of the job.

The chosen candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with HR processes, compliance standards, and project deadlines.

  • 8+ years of IT experience, with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits is required.
  • Proven ability to configure eligibility profiles, plan designs, costing, open enrollment, and life event processing is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), and integration using SOAP/REST APIs is a must.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits regulations, compliance, and administration best practices is vital.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; experience leading remote teams is highly desirable.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with OTBI, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for reporting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) is beneficial.
  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country benefits implementations is an asset.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and change management processes is advantageous.
