Senior AI Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to enhance and optimize our existing chat infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement core components such as chat history storage and retrieval using SQL and vector databases.
- Improve session management, context injection, and system performance.
- Design and manage robust chat session handling, including lifecycle management and session continuity.
- Enhance strategies for selecting and injecting relevant historical context into AI model prompts to improve response quality.
- Optimize system performance to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of chat interactions and related computations.
- Cultivate expertise in AI-related topics among team members.
You will have expertise in Python & GenAI, with at least 8 years of experience in the field. If you're passionate about AI and chat systems, we encourage you to apply.
