Healthcare Data Insights Analyst Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in providing exceptional data insights for the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical data analysis and database management.

  • Clinical Data Analysis:
  • The successful applicant must have experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and laboratory information systems (LIS).
  • Familiarity with major EHR and LIS systems such as Epic, Cerner, Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Sunquest, Orchard, and NextGen is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills:
  • A strong background in Microsoft Access/SQL database skills is required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively within a peer group and multi-task while meeting stringent customer deadlines is crucial.

Benefits:

  • Create test directories for RBU's/EBU's.
  • Triage and prep demand requests for team members.
  • Monitor and provide status updates to managers for all inflight and pending projects.
  • Perform mapping of customer to codes.
  • Produce ongoing compendium maintenance files for strategic customers or vendors.

Additional Information:

  • A comprehensive training program will be provided due to the nature of the role.
  • The selected candidate will need access to QLS and EBU's (Modified access to limit to non-PHI functions), Qted, eForm, Clarity.

Requirements:

  • An immediate to 10-day notice period is expected.

Nice to Have:

  • A clinically oriented individual with Med Tech preferred.
  • Fluent in medical terminology.
