Job Summary

A US Tax Supervisor is a key member of our accounting and consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns, including partnerships (PE/HF/FOF).

The ideal candidate will have the ability to conduct independent tax research, collaborate with team members to ensure timeliness and effective communication on engagement, and oversee tax processes by coordinating day-to-day interactions with the team.

This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, as well as proficiency in CCH Axcess tax software, Caseware, Microsoft Office applications, and expert knowledge of tax research software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Review Tax Returns: Responsible for preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns, including partnerships (PE/HF/FOF).
  • Conduct Independent Tax Research: Ability to conduct independent tax research and stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure timeliness and effective communication on engagement.
  • Oversee Tax Processes: Oversee tax processes by coordinating day-to-day interactions with the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in partnership taxation.
  • Qualifications: CA, CA Inter, CPA, EA, MBA Finance, M.COM, B.com, BBA.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of broad range of US income tax laws, strong writing, Excel modeling, and verbal communication skills.
