Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage deal reviews, negotiate contracts and recommend revenue recognition strategies for services agreements.

- Coordinate monthly and quarterly invoicing processes for customer accounts.

- Conduct financial analysis and review profit and loss statements at the account level.

- Collaborate with business finance teams to ensure alignment and effective management.

- Account for accruals and deferred balances during month-end and quarter-end closings.

- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy.

- Work closely with compliance teams to facilitate audits and coordinate with external auditors.

- Provide support to client executives and project managers to ensure complete visibility of service contract performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant or ICWA/MBA/Post Graduate Finance degree with 3+ years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of services business and related accounting principles.

- Experience working in global environments is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in IGAAP and US GAAP accounting standards.

- Familiarity with SAP software is essential.
