Avaloq Banking System Expert

We are seeking an experienced Avaloq developer to fill a challenging role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality software solutions for the Core Banking Platform/Wealth Management domain using Avaloq IDE ICE and Avaloq Banking Suite.
  • Design, build, and deploy Avaloq Banking System solutions with a focus on efficiency and stability.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain and improve existing Avaloq-based systems, ensuring they align with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of relevant working experience in Technology space, preferably with Avaloq Banking System.
  • 5-7 years of working experience in Core Banking Platform/Wealth Management domain.
  • Strong understanding of Avaloq Banking System, including Accumulator / Deccumulator (AQDQ) products and its lifecycle.
  • Experience with Avaloq IDE ICE and Avaloq Banking Suite, including ACP functional and parameterization knowledge/experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under multiple deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Avaloq Certification training.
  • Knowledge of market data and financial models.
  • Practical understanding of Interfaces with Bloomberg/FIX protocol.
  • Technical competencies of programming languages like Java, Javascript, PL/SQL, Python, ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS, Git.
  • Working knowledge of Assentis(client output management)& Omgeo(txn matching) platform.
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies.
