Logistics Consultant: SAP Transportation Management

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced logistics professional with in-depth knowledge of SAP Transportation Management.

This key position within our team will focus on delivering high-quality solutions to various client projects and driving business growth through effective implementation of SAP TM functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex business issues, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Data Management: Analyze and manage data responsibly, ensuring adherence to risk management and compliance procedures, while staying up-to-date on the latest developments in SAP TM and related fields.
  • Communication and Ethics: Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members, adhering to our company's code of ethics and business conduct at all times.
  • Technical Expertise: Configure and define SAP TM functionalities, including Freight Orders, Contracts, Settlement, and Posting, as well as manage Post Processing Framework (PPF), Business Rules Framework (BRF+), Event Management, and EDI Integration.
  • Project Management: Independently manage deliverables and collaborate with various teams, including client interactions, contributing to Centers of Excellence (COE) activities and cross-competency work.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, and hands-on experience with embedded TM implementation and SAP Certification in TM Module. Proficiency in integrating SAP TM with other modules like SD, MM, EWM, and GTS is highly desired, along with familiarity with ticket management tools and support environments. Exposure to interface monitoring for EDI/IDOC's and experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP, MQC, etc., are additional assets.
