Senior Python and Lead Developer

This role is for a highly skilled Senior Python and Lead Developer with extensive experience in Django framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, providing technical support, and mentoring junior developers.Job Description

The Senior Python and Lead Developer will lead the development of complex web applications using Python and Django framework. They will be responsible for creating clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design patterns. They will also have experience with database management, including designing and managing MySQL databases and optimizing their performance.

In addition, the Senior Python and Lead Developer will be responsible for implementing unit tests and integration tests and participating in the CI/CD process. They will also identify, debug, and fix software defects and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Back-end: Extensive experience with Django and Python.
  • Database: Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL) and knowledge of ORM (Django ORM).
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git and experience with Git workflows.
  • API: Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile development methodologies and be familiar with Scrum frameworks.

In addition to technical skills, the Senior Python and Lead Developer will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
