We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in garment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operation bulletins for each style/order to streamline production
  • Develop and validate material consumption norms to minimize waste
  • Supervise the setup of lines according to operation bulletins to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation
  • Conduct time and motion studies to establish labor standards and improve productivity
  • Implement Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • 7-8 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of stitching operations and garment production processes
  • Proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimization
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
