Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pastry Baking Skills: Proven experience in pastry baking, cake decoration, and dessert making.
  • Recipe Following and Adjustment: Ability to follow and adjust recipes according to requirements.
  • Kitchen Hygiene and Safety Knowledge: Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Collaboration and Direction: Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members.
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Additional qualifications include relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts and prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
