Chief Financial Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised finance professional to support our team with day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining financial documents.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Keep records of customer invoices and send reminders.
- Arrange for payments from customers and follow up as needed.
- Support financial reporting and budgeting.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Provide updates to management on finance activities.
- Carry out administrative tasks in accounts.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisors.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance role
- Knowledge of accounting software like Zoho, QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English, organisational, and project management skills.
