Strategic AI/ML Leader

As a key member of our organization, you will lead the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for our AI/ML Data Science Practice. This role involves aligning with business objectives and growth targets to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

You will manage the lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Your expertise in financial management will oversee AI-related budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

As a P&L owner, you will balance innovation with cost control to meet financial targets. You will lead a high-performance team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure responsible and ethical deployment of AI technologies. Your ability to identify opportunities for AI innovations that drive growth and operational efficiency will be key to your success.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • 20+ years IT experience, 10+ years in AI/tech, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • P&L management experience, strong proficiency in AI technologies including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects of AI projects, including cost management, profitability, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience scaling AI initiatives and delivering impactful business results.
