Job Title: Visual CreativeAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled visual creative professional to join our team. As a visual creative, you will be responsible for designing captivating visuals for clients' websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital agencies and a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies. You will need to be well-versed in editing videos with animations, motion graphics & visual effects, and have a strong affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.

You will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality results that have an instant, positive impact on consumers. You will also oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files to ensure compliance with correct output specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design beautiful and innovative designs for client's websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels.
  • Take design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity while working closely with client's brand guidelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and client's marketing strategy.
  • Deliver high-quality results that have an instant, positive impact on consumers.
  • Work on a range of creatives from e-commerce to social media, bringing simplicity in design to complex briefs.
  • Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience from digital agencies.
  • Well-versed in editing videos with animations, motion graphics & visual effects.
  • Strong affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
  • Consistent record of taking on, interpreting, and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with ability to work under own initiative.
  • Confident in bringing your own innovative ideas and creativity to projects while working within broad range of design guidelines.
  • Strong client liaison skills with proven track record of developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills.
  • Design trends knowledge (ideal but not essential).
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation (bonus).
  • On- and offline design experience with emphasis on Digital.
  • Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
  • Expertise in beauty and BPC brands.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features critical.
