The Role of a Senior Fashion Designer requires creativity and attention to detail. We are seeking an innovative designer with a passion for blending tradition and trend.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop unique designs that balance innovation and heritage appeal.
  • Create detailed hand-drawn sketches for new collections.
  • Collaborate with product and sampling teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Stay up-to-date on ethnic trends, embroidery, and fabric innovations.
  • Work closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality output.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of fashion design experience, preferably in ethnic wear.
  • Strong ability in hand sketching and freehand illustration.
  • A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
  • An understanding of blouse fits, silhouettes, fabric detailing, and embellishments.
  • A keen eye for detail, color combinations, and ethnic design sensibilities.

Additional Requirements
  • Experience working with saree or ethnic apparel brands is desired.
  • A passion for reviving traditional crafts through contemporary silhouettes is essential.
