We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent project management capabilities, and serve as a subject matter expert for industry recognized email marketing platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of all aspects of industry standard email marketing platforms, including SFMC, Oracle Responsys, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Marketo.

You will design and develop mobile responsive cross-channel marketing campaigns and templates from simple to complex using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing cross-channel marketing campaigns and templates
  • Bridging the back-end data model to the front-end campaign
  • Building, adapting, and delivering campaigns with process design, documentation, and customer solution
  • Providing proactive input on Solution Specification Document, Data Import Workbooks, and Business Requirement Documentation (BRD)
  • Maintaining the Campaign Workbook, including timelines, deliverables, and auditing for new client implementations
  • Managing setup/testing/debugging efforts for instant triggers and XML API protocols
  • Resolving client issues, proposing solutions, and escalating to the appropriate person

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in building complex campaigns, data import, and export processes, working knowledge of APIs, and dynamic block content across various email marketing platforms
  • Expert proficiency in front-end web development with strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML and CSS, scripting languages like JavaScript and Jquery
  • Intermediate proficiency in XML, XSLT, and SQL
  • Experience testing in multiple email clients, browsers, and/or devices
  • Strong knowledge of functionalities of email marketing platforms
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills by gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to fully understand a problem and produce solutions
  • Understanding of relational database fundamentals and related technology query tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
