Graphic Designer Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual content that drives engagement and brand growth. You will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Canva, extensive experience in building and managing Wix websites, and strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating platform-optimized content that drives engagement.

You will analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns across all major platforms.
  • Produce high-quality digital and print assets using Canva.
  • Develop and maintain visual content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage and update company websites built on Wix, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
  • Create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
  • Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Canva Expert: Advanced proficiency in creating professional designs.
  • Wix Platform Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Wix websites.
  • Social Media Design Specialist: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating platform-optimized content that drives engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics for social media.
  • Understanding of paid social advertising design requirements.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC content creation.
  • Analytics experience (Google Analytics, social media insights, engagement tracking).
