Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Prepare and process payroll in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist management in decision-making, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide financial information to external auditors as needed, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles, demonstrating strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
