Technical Lead - Appian Low-Code Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the delivery of complex banking solutions using Appian Low-Code technology. This leadership role requires expertise in Appian, proven experience in banking workflows, and strong people management skills.

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Appian solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Act as a technical advisor and ensure compliance with banking industry regulations.
  • Define coding standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure solutions address compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements within the banking sector.
  • Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipeline integration, and deployment automation for Appian applications.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to senior and junior developers.
  • Engage in client-facing discussions, solution demonstrations, and project meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Appian development and delivery.
  • Appian Level 3 Certification / Lead Designer Certification preferred.
  • Strong expertise in process modeling, records, rules, interfaces, plug-ins, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in Banking & Financial Services domain with focus on compliance and audit.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering large-scale Appian projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
