Senior Product Manager Opportunity

This is a key position that involves shaping the strategy and execution for industrial data ingestion into CDF extractors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industrial software, data integration, and related fields. They will be instrumental in defining the product vision and roadmap for CDF extractors, focusing on ease of use, scalability, and leveraging AI for intelligent configuration.

The selected individual will become an internal expert on various industrial source systems, including historians, communication protocols, MES systems, databases, and AI/ML acumen.

They will lead the charge in integrating artificial intelligence to simplify extractor configuration and improve user experience.

The role requires conducting in-depth user research to understand how different industries and customers utilize various source systems and translating these insights into actionable product requirements.

Furthermore, they will prioritize features based on business and customer impact rather than personal preferences.

Collaboration and influence are essential skills for this position as the individual will work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

This is an individual contributor role where you will directly contribute to product strategy and execution.

As the team grows, there will be opportunities to lead and mentor other product managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in product management roles, with a strong focus on industrial software, data integration, or related fields.
  • Industrial domain expertise, including knowledge of historians, communication protocols, MES systems, databases, and AI/ML acumen.
  • Product management mastery, including the ability to define product vision, build roadmaps, gather requirements, and prioritize features.
  • User-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for understanding user needs and designing intuitive solutions.
  • Technical fluency, with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers.
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to connect current customer challenges with future trends and technologies.
