SAP EHS Business Analyst

About the Role:

Establish a strong understanding of SAP EHS/EHSM and successfully implement business analysis skills to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting thorough business analysis, defining scope and priorities for changes, and documenting business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive business analysis to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities for automated and manual processes.
  • Gather and document business requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze stakeholder objectives and identify potential benefits and solution options; support in defining acceptance tests.
  • Collaborate on project plans and track progress, risks, and issues across the lifecycle.
  • Participate in planning, realization, and go-live phases of customer implementation projects.
  • Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops or meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, knowledge transfer sessions, and documentation efforts.
  • Support lead on tasks related to assigned workstreams.
  • Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills with strong interpersonal communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 12-15 years of overall SAP experience with 8+ years specifically in SAP EHS/EHSM in SAP ECC.
  • Minimum 5 full lifecycle SAP EHSM implementations (greenfield or brownfield).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversion from ECC is advantageous.
  • Experience with rollouts and AMS (Application Maintenance & Support).
  • Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and analytics is beneficial.
