Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user stories.
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios/scripts based on project specifications.
- Execute test cases to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in software functionality.
- Document and track issues found during testing, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential usability issues and edge cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform functionalities, including incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management.
- Good knowledge in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, Absence Management, Talent Management, etc.
- Proven experience in software testing, particularly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
