Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist
This is a specialized role focused on the management of warehouse personnel, ensuring smooth operations and achieving high retention rates. The successful candidate will oversee manpower coordination, handle documentation, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Warehouse Manpower: Ensure effective attendance management, week-off scheduling, leave allocation, and overtime handling for warehouse staff.
  2. Coordinate Manpower Shortlisting: Oversee the process of shortlisting candidates within 24 hours to meet operational demands.
  3. Documentation and Onboarding: Handle new joinings, support interviews, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  4. Retention Management: Implement strategies to achieve a 90% retention rate for warehouse personnel within one month.
  5. Payouts, Incentives, and Queries: Calculate and manage payouts, incentives, and respond to queries related to employee benefits.
  6. Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  7. Manpower Life Cycle Management: Manage the entire life cycle of warehouse personnel, including salary benchmarking and data sharing with relevant stakeholders.
